wanted to look at a character that is a mean killer type, he throws the axes underhanded , in case your wondering how the axe would land that way :-)
wanted to try and show some nice water splash effects, like the policeman almost escaped, but is sliding back into the fast flowing water.
still a couple things im not happy with, but onto new projects now
