Trying to use a tilted perspective to help pull the eye around the course. racers would go around the central barricade.
this image especially looks lop-sided, as the overlay text boxes are not shown here.

I will be able to upload a version which has the final print layout, including text boxes in a few weeks, that may help to explain why i have used this particular composition.
generally it involved working the image around numerous text boxes, and trying to include all the components that the client wanetd.
