This concept started with a 3d model of a Sherman tank that i had - made a few design changes, including turning into a quad track tank, and modernising it, then used that as a very loose base for the painting in photoshop/painter.
The initial idea was to create a camouflaged tank that emulated its environment a little, also wanted it slightly futuristic but only close future, so still a believable mechanical design.
I struggled a lot with the idea of putting a cab with a drivers window on a tank, was originally much bigger, but have edited the design a lot as i painted it.
